Alfa Romeo Switching to RWD Only

Alfa Romeo wants to improve its quality and the efficiency of its features and it will soon move to an all RWD model lineup.
The majority of the automakers are now focusing on all wheel drive models or even on front wheel ones, but Alfa Romeo wants to switch to an all rear wheel drive lineup. Even if this may be the end for models like Giulietta or MiTos, Alfa Romeo seems to believe that this is the best choice at this moment.

Apparently this new switch to RWD is the result of the cooperation between Alfa Romeo and Maserati and four new models are announced and they seem pretty impressive. They will be able to go head to head with BMW’s 5 and 3 series and with the X1 and X3.
The new model is going to appear in 2016 and it seems to be the perfect combination between RWD and raw emotion. Everybody expects the moment when Alfa won’t be sort of a “Fiat satellite” anymore and at this moment it seems to be aligned with Maserati.
We all know that Alfa has created impressive designs for their cars and their top notch quality has managed to please even the most demanding drivers. The new cars that they plan to create are going to be not only good looking, but also comfortable, fast and modern. We can’t wait to see what they have prepared for us.
In 2016 they have also announced the release of a new 3 series fighter Giulia sedan and even a Sportwagoon. This is not everything. They also have big plans for 2017 and they will release two activity vehicles that will be able to compete with the X1 and X3.
An all new Porsche Boxster is also announced and it is going to appear this summer, not to mention the new generation of Mazda MS 5 which is also on the way. This way, Alfa Romeo seems to have a very bright future.
One thing is for sure, Alfa Romeo is a very important automaker and they always surprised us with new and interesting features. We can’t wait to see what they plan to release and we are 100% sure that it is going to be something spectacular and interesting.
Good quality is also a mandatory feature for this brand and we are sure that they are going to take this aspect into consideration this time, too.
